Governor Akinwunmi Ambode paid an unexpected visit to inspect Majidun waterside for development on the 11th of December 2016. Majidun community had been tagged "Ikorodu Waterfront" as well being view as a violence area characterised by illegal business ranging from buying and selling of fuel gotten through pipeline vandalism.
